Memory leader Sandisk has unveiled the new Sandisk Extreme Fit USB-C flash drive. According to the company, it is the smallest 1TB USB-C flash drive in the world and is designed to remain securely in place when connected to a laptop’s USB-C port. This compact drive targets professionals, students, and daily users who require extra space on their laptop or tablet without the bulk of large or unattractive external drives and wires. The new drive offers hidden storage for quick file transfers and is available in sizes up to 1TB, allowing users to expand their device's storage while remaining productive on the go without needing to carry cables and individual drive cases.

Sandisk has specially created this new drive for the latest slim USB-C laptops and tablets that many people are currently using for work and studying. The Sandisk Extreme Fit USB-C flash drives provide ample storage but fit snugly, so they can be plugged in and forgotten when transitioning between meetings, commuting for work, or taking notes in class. “Today’s professionals and students are always on the go, moving sleek laptops and tablets from home to work, meetings, or classes. They require storage that is easy to access and ready to use—enabling them to keep moving without missing a beat,” says Christina Garza, director of global brand management at Sandisk. “With its compact design, the new SANDISK® Extreme Fit™ drive offers fast and high-capacity storage—available when they need it, without the trouble of plugging and unplugging or losing access to cloud services.” The Sandisk Extreme Fit USB-C® flash drive can now be found at shop.sandisk.com and select stores in the following options: 64GB ($14.99), 128GB ($17.99), 256GB ($27.99), 512GB ($54.99), and 1TB ($109.99).
