Looking to hire Vonage Sales Manager/ Team Leader

Vonage national distributor is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Team Leader for Baltimore market. This position holder will be an exceptional leader whose role will be to build and run a sales team in Baltimore area. The position will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and developing a winning field sales team. We would prefer a person with Vonage selling experience.

Develop, drive and execute a strategic to build Sales Force team
Conduct ongoing analysis & sales forecasting for the team to ensure sales objectives are attained
Drive and execute Sales Force team to achieve sales objectives
Willing to travel in your assigned territory as needed
